By day, I work for The Man. For much of the rest of the time, I think and write about how to live my best life using mindfulness and other therapeutic tools, including the ones I’m writing about in my new book (title TBD).
My life has gotten WAY BETTER since I started implementing these seven tools my therapist taught me, and I want to share them with you so you can live your best life too!

About Me
I’m a writer. I’ve always written. I won a college scholarship for a character study I wrote in high school. I wrote daily on a public diary website for more than a decade. I write lengthy, meaty, insightful comments on Reddit.
I hear, “You should be a writer!” or “You should write a book!” fairly frequently.
Well, I am a writer. And I am, finally, writing a book.
In the course of doing a Major Life Overhaul with my therapist in the last few years, I’ve discovered a better way of living by leveraging some simple, accessible tools my therapist helped me learn and refine, like mindfulness. Implementing these tools has completely changed the way I experience my life, and I’m so excited about it that I want to tell everybody!
I have finally found the book that has been within me all this time, and I want to share it with you.
When I’m not writing or thinking about writing, I enjoy going for drives in the convertible we bought during covid, traveling as often and as far as I can, photography, fashion, gadgets and gizmos, and living intentionally. After years of writing for business, I am still trying to bring the Oxford comma back into my life.
